“What a fabulous experience on the explorer tour. The distillery team were very flexible in including an extra person at last minute. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. The tastes of the three whiskies were good and unfortunately as we were the last slot, we couldn't get to partake in more tasting but we hope to return.”
“Very well appointed distillery designed specifically so that tour flows are easy. Very good guide in (name to follow) and views from the tasting 'tower' just enhance the whole experience. Won't have their own whisky for a few years but worth a visit for a glimpse of what's to come. Loads of parking, apparently there is a restaurant serving what could be tapas but it wasn't obvious when we visited in May”
“We went on a visitor experience here. George, our tour guide, was knowledgeable and entertaining and clearly enjoyed his job. We had a full tour that included two whiskies at the end, both very nice! There is a shop as well that sells various aged whiskies from the distillery, including some very expensive ones!”
“An excellent whisky tour, the distillery is beautiful and blends in tastefully for an industrial enterprise nestled into the landscape by the side of the Spey. The tour and tasting experience was great fun and I left with a bottle of 18 year old!”
“Nice ‘new’ distillery in the Cairngorms. They’ve a large selection of blended whiskies in a streamlined facility. The 12 year was very smooth. Friendly staff, a clean and spacious cafè with an assortment of drinks and snacks. Happened to meet one of the owners on our way out, he was very pleasant and informative. We look forward to seeing the new Oldest whiskeys they put out.”
